Cousins Maine Lobster Dallas Embarks on Seven-Day El Paso and New Mexico Road Trip

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Oct. 2, 2026 // PRNewswire // -- Cousins Maine Lobster is taking its Dallas food truck on a seven-day road trip through El Paso and New Mexico from October 5 through October 11.

Traveling from Dallas, the truck will make limited-time stops in El Paso, Albuquerque, Taos, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos, and Santa Fe, serving Maine lobster and New England–inspired items. Each stop will provide an opportunity to sample the offerings in local community settings.

Customers can expect Cousins Maine Lobster's three signature lobster rolls: the Maine Roll served chilled with mayo, the Connecticut Roll served warm with butter and lemon, and the Garlic Butter Roll finished with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. The tour will also feature the brand's newest menu item, the Lobster Roll Flight, along with clam chowder, lobster tacos, and whoopie pies.
