Relocation Strategies was founded in 1994 to provide organizations large and small with a viable option to manage and coordinate the immense task of relocation of office, industrial, medical and Institutional locations. Their business model has proven successful and necessary time-and-time again for companies both large and small. RSI’s service offerings have taken their business not only all over the country, but also around the world, to provide quality move management and relocation consulting services. Therefore, RSI is developing a network of franchise locations to better serve the needs of the local corporations and businesses across multiple territories. Their goal is to continue to build a strong family of franchise locations that will provide bilateral support and referrals in order to corner this incredibly profitable and niche market, which as of today is virtually untapped!

Franchise History

The Cincinnati (corporate) office of Relocation Strategies was founded in 1994. It represents the founding location and corporate headquarters for Relocation Strategies and Relo Franchise Services. Starting in humble beginnings in a one room office in the Rookwood pottery building in Mt. Adams, Relocation Strategies has grown significantly, now owning a 115,000 Sq. Ft. building on Central Parkway just outside of downtown Cincinnati. This facility acquired in 2012 has allowed them to better service their clients’ needs with space available for product staging, warehousing and long term storage. They employ a staff of nine office based full time employees and sixteen in-field employees dedicated to the needs of one client site. They have a very diverse and experienced background within their staff that can assemble to figure out the most complex logistical project needs and handle any challenge that a client’s project may present. Since their start, Relocation Strategies Cincinnati has been involved in many unique and marquee projects. Serving clients like Procter & Gamble, DHL, Kellogg, Siemens and Cintas has taken them not just around the country, but as far away as London, Geneva and Belgium. Their expertise and problem solving nature has had them on projects as short as 1 month for quick tactical execution to as long as 3 years for full service budgeting, planning and execution. Whether your project is straight forward and well-defined or a unique logistical puzzle that needs to be solved, their staff of professional and experienced Project Managers stand ready to assist you with project needs.
