In 2004 we opened the doors to our home care business to provide the full range of Home Health Care services to individuals and families. We also discovered that providing home care for a family member is not easy, nor is it something most family members are prepared to do, so they turn to us for guidance to make this critical transition easier and more comforting.

Co-Founder Mila Feldman often refers to Executive Care as "a love story." She and her husband, co-founder Lenny Verkhoglaz, received a call for help from an elderly and disabled neighbor back in 2003. They did not hesitate to help her while her daughter was away. And it all happened on Valentine's Day! They actually spent this special day on a blow-up mattress on the floor of their neighbor's house. This was a turning point in their lives - they knew exactly what they wanted to do.

In 2004, the couple and Mila's brother Alex, opened their first office, naming it Executive Care. In 2012, they laid out a vision to create a global brand, and set out to develop more than just a senior care chain.

Executive Care has developed a comprehensive one-week instructional and hands-on franchise training program to guide new franchise owners every step of the way as they move toward opening their own Executive Care business. The new franchise training takes place at our corporate offices in Hackensack, New Jersey.
