Marjan Hauwert Helps in Businesses in Noord-Holland Grow to Potential

The Newest ActionCOACH Business Coach in the Netherlands is Ready to Create Success

After 19 years of working in the corporate world, she wanted to do something more for herself and her community. While looking for an opportunity that suited her, she found ActionCOACH, and after completing her due diligence on the company, she decided that ActionCOACH was the place for her.

"Coaching has stolen my heart," MarjanHauwert said. "My objective was to start a business on my own, but when I saw the possibilities as an ActionCOACH Business Coach, I knew I’d found the right opportunity for me."

Marjan Hauwert is the first ActionCOACH Business Coach to work with business owners in the Netherlands, with her focus in the Noord Holland region. Her goal is to provide a coach for every company in her region , she is a strong believer that working with an ActionCOACH will get small and middle sized company out of the recession by taking ACTION.

"At this moment there is still a huge discussion about whether we are still in or are now out of the recession with an increase of 0.1% in the last Quarter," she said. "People in the Netherlands are split as to whether our economy is going the right way. In general most of the business owners are more positive about the state of our economy, but many still have a hard time surviving."

They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.

When she’s not coaching business owners to greater heights, Marjan Hauwert is a member of various organizations, including her local Chamber of Commerce.
