New Growth Coach Owner Hopes to Improve the Lives and Companies of Fellow Puerto Rican Business Owner

Guayama, Puerto Rico (PRWEB) July 17, 2014 - After a lifetime of leading teams and helping others grow, Gamaliel Malavé is looking forward to make a difference in the Island turning his passion into a career with his new business, The Growth Coach of Puerto Rico.

"I have been touched by the many professionals and families who have left the Island looking for a better future and I decided to do something about it. I want to put my talents to the service of those who want to make a difference on the Island – those who had the courage to start their own business and are willing to control their destinies. We must stop losing talent!" he said.

The Growth Coach, the #1 business and sales coaching franchise in the United States according to Entrepreneur Magazine, is dedicated to helping business leaders and sales professionals across the Island find success at work and balance in life. While most of the coaching is delivered through affordable group workshops, Malavé can also provide one-to-one coaching and related services.

In addition to his coaching services, Malavé can help CPAs and human resources professionals earn their continuing education requirements with National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, Society for Human Resource Professionals, and HRCI certified workshops.

"I've always been passionate about maximizing people's talents and potential. Throughout the years, I have been coaching executives, professionals, and students to help them discover their strengths, challenge their perspectives, and explore possibilities to ultimately reach their professional and personal goals. I'm excited to bring that to The Growth Coach," Malavé said.

Malavé was born in Arecibo and raised in Bayamon. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez with a bachelor's in Industrial Management and an MBA. Certified in 2010 as a SPHR and as a Strategic Mindset facilitator in 2013. His experience includes close to 20 years in Human Resources, Operations, and Supply Chain in the medical devices and pharmaceutical industry.

The Growth Coach will serve Puerto Rico stating this summer from the Metropolitan area, Caguas, Ponce, Mayaguez, Aguadilla, Arecibo, and Guayama. Malavé is looking forward to working with the small business owners, leaders and sales executives across the Island.
