MaidPro Takes Number Four Spot in Franchise Business Review’s Top 80 Low-Cost Franchises Ranking

Boston, Ma (PRWEB) July 01, 2015 - MaidPro continues to win franchising-industry accolades in 2015, announcing today that it has earned the number-four rank in Franchise Business Review’s Low Cost Franchises –Top Opportunities Under $100K report.

“If you are like many people, you have probably been told that franchising is a very expensive proposition and only an option for individuals with specific skillsets,” says FBR Editorial Director Emma Pearson. “In this report, however, we have identified 80 low-cost franchise opportunities, the majority of which are appropriate for first-time business owners.”

FBR’s massive annual franchisee satisfaction study captured data from over 9,200 individual franchises, representing some 132 brands in the low-cost (less than $100K to startup) category. “Low-cost franchises offer a variety of benefits over more costly franchise opportunities,” notes FBR. “This is reflected by the satisfaction of low-cost franchisees being 11% more than higher cost opportunities.”

“There are so many people out there with the potential to be great small-business entrepreneurs, but who do not necessarily have the resources or specific knowledge and experience needed to get started in business all on their own,” says MaidPro CEO and co-founder Mark Kushinsky. “Low-cost franchising is a great, low-risk way to go because you obtain strong support in all the areas you really need it — processes, branding, and strategic marketing. If you choose the right low-cost opportunity, you can also be supported strongly in areas such as technology, best hiring and employment practices, tactical marketing, selling, social media, online reputation management, and so much more. It’s these latter types of support that, we believe, separate the best from the rest in terms of achieving consistently high scores, year after year for franchisee satisfaction.”

Earlier this year, MaidPro won the Cleaning & Maintenance Category of FBR’s Top 200 Franchises overall for 2015, outscoring 11 other cleaning companies for franchisee satisfaction and also earning a spot on FBR’s Franchise 50 listing with a No. 9 rank overall and the No. 2 spot for its size category (100-249 franchise units). MaidPro also earned a No. 11 rank in Franchise Gator’s Top 100 Franchises for 2015 and, last year, took the No. 7 spot on the Forbes Top Ten Best Franchises in America list.
