Rebounderz brings the fun to Panama City

Family, fun and fitness venue expands internationally.

SANFORD, Fla. – Rebounderz Franchise and Development and Trampoline Unitedos opened the first international Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena in Panama City, Panama.

Located in the family-friendly Sortis Hotel Spa and Casino at Calle 56 y 57, Obarrio in Panama City, the new arena is the first of a multi-unit international deal for Rebounderz arenas in Panama to be owned and operated by franchisee Trampoline Unitedos.

“We have secured our stateside footprint and are now looking forward to international expansion,” said Al Palladino, president and co-founder of Rebounderz Franchise and Development. “We’re eager to develop additional arenas in South America.”

Rebounderz of Panama City is the first trampoline arena of its kind in the area and creates 40-60 local full- and part-time jobs.

In the U.S., Rebounderz recently added a JumpXtreme Tower attraction, where guests have the opportunity to jump from a tower onto a large air bag supported off the ground, to several of its Hurst, Texas and Newport News, Virginia arenas. In addition, its Ninja Warrior Course opens soon in Newport News, Virginia.

Rebounderz continues to expand throughout the U.S., with arenas coast-to-coast in cities in California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Indoor trampoline arenas are a top choice for birthday parties, dodgeball and active social outings for small and large groups, including team-building and corporate events. Rebounderz employs a rapidly growing business model. In 2008, there were only five trampoline arenas in the U.S. Today, despite the recession, there are more than 200 indoor trampoline arenas and the industry has grown from about $12 million to $680 million.
