Cirque Salon Studios Celebrates Continued Growth, Introduces Cutting-Edge Concept to Downtown Charleston

Leading salon real estate concept prepares to breathe new life into famed building at 10 Exchange in Q2 2016.

CHARLESTON, SC (PRWEB) March 31, 2016 - Cirque Salon Studios, a franchised real estate business that leases individual suites to health, beauty, and wellness professionals, announced today that development plans are underway for a fourth partner-owned location in the Charleston, South Carolina market.

Located at 10 Exchange Street, which formerly housed the famed Carolina’s Restaurant, the new space will be the first Cirque Salon Studio in an urban city center.

The company is excited to announce these development plans in light of its newly established franchising affiliate, Cirque Real Estate Franchising, as well as a recently executed lease for the first salon studio in Northern Virginia.

Founded in 2008, Cirque Salon Studios provides an attractive real estate investment opportunity as it creates a superior salon environment for local aesthetic professionals. Each owner-operator receives expert guidance while they support 25 to 30 independent studio owners as a landlord and property manager.

Typically, Cirque Salon Studio locations are built within neighborhood retail centers - occupying 5,000 to 6,000 square feet of converted space. In keeping with the spirit of the historic Charleston district, the company will completely renovate the 1800s-era building to accommodate its innovative layout.

The new salon studio will house 28 studios to accommodate aesthetic professionals with a variety of spatial preferences, including 28 singles, four deluxe singles, and six double studios. A second floor will house additional studios, which will overlook scenic Waterfront Park.

On-site parking will be available for future studio owners and their clients, with a public parking garage conveniently located less than a block away.
