Burger 21 is currently offering single and multi-unit opportunities. An ideal owner will have a minimum liquidity of $200,000 per unit and a passion for exceptional customer service. The Franchise Fee is $40,000 for single unit agreements, $35,000 for area development agreements of four to six units, and when seven or more units are secured, the franchise fee is reduced to $30,000.
