Shane's Celebrates American Democracy With Free Tenders
New Promotion Rewards First 300 Guests on Election Day
Atlanta, GA--(Marketwire) - Shane's Rib Shack is changing the nature of the promotion that will occur on November 4, 2008. The promotion will now be a Celebrate American Democracy Day. One free "Celebrate America Meal" will be offered to the first 300 customers who visit a participating Shane's Rib Shack on Election Day, November 4, 2008. The "Celebrate America Meal" includes Shane's hand-breaded chicken tenders (a 3-piece meal), fries and a 20oz drink. The limit will be one free meal per person. The promotion is not limited to adults 18 or older -- children accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome to participate. The purpose of this promotion is to celebrate the American spirit of Democracy.
Please note that free "Celebrate America Meals" will be offered to each of the first 300 customers to visit a location, without regard to whether that person is or is not registered to vote, has or has not voted, or does or does not intend to vote in the election. Nothing in this promotion is designed to encourage or discourage any person to register to vote, to vote, or to vote for any particular candidate or ballot initiative. Shane's Rib Shack is not offering, and will not be offering, any food, gift items, payments, or discounts of any kind to any person based on whether that person is registered to vote, has voted or intends to vote, or has voted or intends to vote for any particular candidate.
Beginning November 5, this affordable meal will be available for a limited-time at participating Shane's locations for only $5. In addition, Shane's Rib Shack will also introduce a new Family Meal on November 5, available for a limited-time at participating locations for only $20.
