ERA Real Estate Signs Master Franchise Agreement to Develop ERA Presence in Brazil
Drawing on Strong Domestic Growth, ERA Exports Momentum Internationally
PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - Dec 19, 2011) - ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, today announced the signing of a 25-year master franchise agreement that will expand the brand into Brazil. Joao Range, a real estate professional with extensive commercial and residential experience, and his colleagues at ERA Brasil will develop the ERA Real Estate franchise system throughout the country's 27 states.
