Franchisees Open 7th Location in New Jersey

June 15, 2012 // Franchising.com // Hamilton, NJ - Panchero’s Mexican Grill opened Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 691 U.S. Highway 130 North in Hamilton. To celebrate they held a Dollar Burrito Night from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 1.

The owners are Pranav Desai, Dilip Naik and Mahul Patel, who will serve as managing partner. Patel was formerly an owner-operator in the wireless phone industry, but he has always wanted to get into the restaurant industry.

“This exciting opportunity came along at the right time so I decided to make a move,” Patel said. “The food at Panchero’s is fresh and delicious and I think it will be a big hit in the Hamilton area. The quick-serve Mexican segment is fast growing and we look forward to a long future with Panchero’s. We plan to open additional restaurants in the tri-state region within the next three years.”
