August 02, 2012 // Franchising.com // Tampa, FL - Building upon their steady growth for 2012, Pillar To Post signed four new franchisees in July. From January to June, Pillar To Post added 21 new franchises across North America, growing their superior presence in the home inspection industry.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor, the home inspection industry expects to grow 17 percent in the decade between 2008 and 2018 at a rate that is faster than the average for many other occupations in the United States.
Pillar To Post strives for continued growth, aiming to take advantage of the flourishing industry. Thanks to a strong business model, extensive training for franchisees, a constant need for qualified home inspectors and a stellar market position, Pillar To Post is excited to continue adding to their network of franchise owners.
This month, Pillar To Post is proud to welcome their newest franchisees including Bob Avery, serving Houston; Jim and Cara Shields, in Allegheny County, Penn.; Arun Chaturvedi in Brampton, Ontario; and Blaine Fisher serving Annapolis Valley, Yarmouth, South Shore, Nova Scotia.
“There is always an overwhelming sense of pride when we announce the newest wave of Pillar To Post franchise owners,” said Dan Steward, president and CEO of Pillar To Post. “We all share in their sense of ambition. They have been armed with the tools they need to be successful, now we have the privilege of watching them achieve their dreams.”
Founded in 1994, Pillar To Post is now the largest home inspection company in North America, located in 44 states and 8 Canadian provinces, with over 400 franchisees. Pillar To Post added 20 new franchises in 2011. The company expects to more than double that number in 2012; long-term plans include adding 500-600 new franchisees over the next five years.
