360clean Emphasizes the Importance of Systems and Recognizes Excellence at 2012 Franchise Conference

Guest Speaker and Awards Luncheon Highlight the Event

Charleston, South Carolina (PRWEB) August 22, 2012 - On August 4, 2012, 360clean, the fast-growing specialized janitorial franchise best known for its specialization in cleaning medical offices, held its annual Franchise Conference in Charleston, SC.

In attendance were Guest Speaker, Herbert Drayton III; CEO and Founder, Barry Bodiford; President and Co-Founder, Allison Bodiford; Director of Operations, Teri Bradshaw; and franchise owners from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Wisconsin.

Guest Speaker, Herbert Drayton III, is currently the Vice President and Health Services Manager for the Carolina Center for Occupational Health (CCOH) in North Charleston, SC, with over 20 years of experience in various capacities within the healthcare industry. In addition to his current duties at the CCOH, Drayton is also the President of OpsAssure (http://www.opsassure.com), a software company whose chief product is a web-based checklist application designed to replace paper, increase accountability, and help companies Go Green. Drayton’s presentation outlined the importance of creating and implementing systems in business, especially focusing on the development of a successful Human Resources program. The franchise owners in attendance thoroughly enjoyed Drayton’s engaging personality, as Rick Adams, franchisee from Asheville, NC observed, “Mr. Drayton brought a wealth of good information and excitement which I will be using in my business.”

The afternoon consisted of an Awards Luncheon where 360clean recognized those franchise owners who have shown consistent growth, excellent customer service, and an overall commitment to the 360clean system in 2011.

The awards are as follows:

• Client Retention Award – Recipients: Rick Adams and Charles Williams, A. Amanda Ruff, and Mark Gregory (All located in the Western Carolinas).
• Business Development Award – Recipient: Tyrone Jones (SC Coast).
• Rising Star Award – Recipients: Rick Adams and Charles Williams (Western Carolinas), and Sandra Williams and Will Garvin (SC Coast).
• Franchisee of the Year Award – Recipients: Anthony Brown and Virginia Prioleau (SC Coast).

Other topics discussed were 360clean’s web-based quality control system, 360care, and the introduction of the new 360clean Employee Web Training website, which standardizes training for all 360clean franchise employees across the country. In addition, the website gives franchise owners the ability to train their employees from any available internet connection, at their employees’ convenience.

“The purpose of this conference was to provide our franchise owners with knowledge and tools to facilitate their success, and of course, to recognize those franchise owners who have distinguished themselves amongst their peers. For new franchise owners, it was a time to network with and learn from those leaders in our company, and be inspired by their achievements,” said Teri Bradshaw, Director of Operations. Rolan Covert, franchise owner from Wisconsin agreed, saying, “My business will rise to the next level because I was there (at the conference). I will take the energy and success of others and use it to be more focused and disciplined.”

The last order of business was to provide the 360clean franchise owners in attendance with the training necessary to obtain the distinction of being named a JaniMed™ Certified Specialist. JaniMed™ is 360clean’s specialized approach to cleaning, and is offered to all 360clean customers; however, those franchise owners who achieve JaniMed™ Certified Specialist status have shown a true commitment to becoming leaders in the hygienic cleaning movement.
