Weight Watchers® Ranked Best Weight-Loss Diet By U.S. News & World Report Expert Panel

With 50 years of proven success, more than 70 published studies, and the latest in and behavior science, the Weight Watchers approach continues its reign as the recommended choice to lose weight and learn to keep it off in 2013.

NEW YORK, Jan. 8, 2013 // PRNewswire // - U.S. News & World Report released its 2013 Best Diets rankings today and, once again, Weight Watchers is proud to be ranked #1 for "Best Weight Loss Diet," "Easiest Diet to Follow," and "Best Commercial Diet Plan."

An independent panel of 20 diet and nutrition experts reviewed profiles of each plan, added their own fact-finding, and rated each diet in categories such as ease of compliance, diabetes control and management, heart and nutritional completeness. These rankings underscore the more than 70 studies published over the past 15 years that demonstrate the efficacy of the Weight Watchers approach to and health, making it the best choice to lose weight and learn to keep it off in 2013 and beyond.
