Executive Promotions to Help Drive Rapid Growth ofthe Ultimate Man-Cave

October 07, 2013 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Twin Peaks recently announced two executive promotions as the ultimate man-cave continues its rapid national expansion. Tim Timbs has been named Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Shannon Glaser has taken on a new role to become Senior Director of Franchise and Development.

In the past year, Twin Peaks’ has expanded from 28 restaurants in 13 states to 44 restaurants in 19 states. These promotions have been implemented to maintain streamlined and quality growth as the national chain continues to bust across the country.

"Our dramatic growth has created new demands in these two important areas and thus a need for these positions," said Randy DeWitt, CEO of Twin Peaks. "They have both played a major role in our expansion and we expect them to play an equally important role in our next phase of growth."

Timbs, who joined Twin Peaks in 2010, will continue to oversee purchasing for all Front Burner restaurants and after his significant contributions to the Quality Assurance system, will be taking on the additional duties of enhancing the Quality Assurance program, as well as leading culinary and beverage development for Twin Peaks.

"I am excited to be a part of a true business success story," said Timbs. "I believe that we have only scratched the surface of our potential."

Glaser started with Twin Peaks in 2009 and will continue to oversee franchise sales for the brand in addition to now overseeing other areas of development, including franchise openings.

"I am excited about the opportunities to increase our national presence," said Glaser. "Twin Peaks is becoming a household name and the growth potential is unlimited."

In addition to the five new states added to Twin Peaks roster in 2013, the concept will have a total of 46 restaurants open by the end of the fourth quarter with expansion into two new states and an additional 11 locations planned by May 2014.
