On March 19, Rotay spoke on the topics of protecting profits with emergency preparedness, remediation partnerships and business continuity. Specifically, Rotay addressed the essential elements of identifying disasters and implementing emergency plans and remediation as keys to managing risk, mitigating property losses and reducing loss of income. Rotay also shared visuals with examples of fires, floods, and crime scenes to further inform attendees about the many different types of losses and risks.
BuildingsNY is a regional gathering for property owners and managers to find solutions about lowering commercial real estate operating costs and increasing profits. Professional speakers along with vendors met with building owners and managers who attended the event.
