Nation's Largest Barbecue Concept Gives Away 100 Free Cookbooks

FAIRFAX, Va. - April 14, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Fairfax is celebrating expansion in Virginia with a guest appreciation day this Friday, April 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Barbecue kingpin, Roland Dickey, will be handing out free autographed copies of his new cookbook, Mr. Dickey's Barbecue Cookbook.

"We're thrilled to have Mr. Dickey in our restaurant to celebrate with our local customers," said local franchise owner, Andrew Nguyen. "The Dickey's brand has experienced great growth in the area and we want to continue the momentum."

On Friday, radio station 98.7 Country will be on-site and Dickey's Barbecue Pit will be serving mouthwatering Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches for just two dollars. Two dollar Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches will also be available at the new Vienna location.
