Winestyles Tasting Station In Houston to Celebrate a Night of 'Opera Style' on Dec. 20

Largest Wine Boutique Franchise Invites Community to Attend Performance of Classic Opera & Holiday Favorites

December 19, 2014 // Franchising.com // HOUSTON – WineStyles Tasting Station®, a boutique concept dedicated to simplifying the wine and craft beer shopping experience, will host a special musical event, "Opera Style," Saturday, Dec. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at its Houston location at 10300 Louetta Road #150. The store will welcome opera vocalist Jarrod Lee and pianist Benjamin Krause to perform a collection of works by Mozart and Gershwin, as well as holiday favorites, while attendees enjoy a premium red or white flight of their choice and artisanal cheese plates.

"It's exciting to bring world-class entertainment to the WineStyles Tasting Station in Houston for our customers to enjoy," said Tracy Young, franchisee. "Jarrod Lee performed at our Cypress location in August and it was standing room only. We are thrilled to have him back and look forward to another great evening this weekend."

The WineStyles Tasting Station in Houston offers a unique retail experience and warm ambiance that is reminiscent of an old-world wine cellar. Wines are categorized by style and taste, rather than by varietal or region, which helps to simplify the shopping experience. The selection includes a rotation of unique labels and hard-to-find wines from both small and large vineyards from around the world. Each bottle is accompanied by a description listing the wine's characteristics, flavors and suggested food pairings.

Additionally, the WineStyles Tasting Station in Houston features a full wine bar with dozens of wines by the glass and a full selection of food, craft beers and fine chocolates. The location hosts weekly wine and beer tastings and offers private event opportunities. Live music is featured on most Friday and Saturday nights.

The location is serving guests Sunday from 12 – 7 p.m., from 12 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 12 – 11 p.m. Thursday – Saturday. The store is closed on Mondays.
