The TIF district is a public financing project that covers 350 acres in the city's downtown, and with $187 million in capital investments certified as of December of 2012. The four-story, upscale select service hotel is connected to the Augenstein Alumni Center at WKU. Hyatt Place Bowling Green is under the leadership of General Manager Adam Artusio and Director of Sales Jessica Cording.
