FBR is the industry standard for measuring franchisee satisfaction. FBR reaches out to franchise owners in multiple business sectors every year, asking more than 40 questions about how they feel about the training and support they're getting from the home office. Respondents' thoughts on leadership and core values also are assessed, as well as the franchise system overall, the franchise community, the financial opportunity and their own performance and overall satisfaction. Tens of thousands of franchisees are surveyed throughout the country.
In every category, College Hunks Hauling Junk surpassed its previous year's satisfaction rating and outpaced the service industry and franchise industry as a whole. College Hunks Hauling Junk's senior management team merited particular praise, scoring almost 10 percent above the competition for its vision, and almost 20 percent higher for its company culture than did other service industry and franchise industry companies.
