Long standing Palm Desert staffing firm gains association with award-winning national franchise company to become Desert Personnel @Work

July 14, 2015 // Franchising.com // KNOXVILLE, Tenn – Desert Personnel, a long-standing staffing firm for California’s Coachella Valley, has officially announced association with @Work Group, an award-winning national staffing franchise. Now operating under the revised name, Desert Personnel @Work, the transitional partnership allows owners Ty and Sarah Seils to maintain their location at 73350 El Paseo, STE 205 Palm Desert, California, 92260.

“Even though our business is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, we are always looking for new ways to adapt in order to maintain and grow our brand,” said Ty Seils, owner at Desert Personnel @Work. “By partnering with @Work Group, our transition has allowed us to keep our well-known identity while gaining a fresh new look and feel with the added credibility and support of a bigger, national firm.”

Founded in 1975 by the Seils, Desert Personnel has been dedicated to providing the Coachella Valley personnel placement services, temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, management recruiting, and search development services to area companies and individuals. The firm’s all-new association with @Work Group was made in an effort to continue to improve the overall client experience with faster and more reliable service than ever before.
