The 11,000-square-foot space for the Academy of Early Education will expand upon the purpose-built design featured in its 180 existing centers, enhancing the connection between a child’s environment and the six stages of development at The Learning Experience. The new center in Deerfield Beach will house a Make Believe Boulevard® – miniature Main Street, USA – and boast a 10,000-square-foot outside playground. As The Learning Experience’s flagship center, it will serve as the company’s “innovation incubator,” representing a center of the future. “Hillsboro Technology Center is the newest business park to be brought to market in Broward County, and with office, industrial, and hotel product, there is no other project like it currently being developed in Broward or Palm Beach County,” said Malcolm Butters, President and Principal at Butters which, along with Bristol Group, co-developed the project. “With immediate access to I-95, 30 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Palm Beach International Airport, it will be the proud home of high-standard tenants and their employees.
