Bojangles’® Signs Franchise Development Agreement for Pennsylvania

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - December 01, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Bojangles’, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOJA), the popular growing restaurant operator and franchisor, today announced that it has signed a new multi-unit development agreement with Bo Forever, LLC of Yardley, Pennsylvania. According to the agreement, Bo Forever, LLC is scheduled to open four new Bojangles’ restaurants over the next four years in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania to potentially include locations in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Quakertown, Pa. The ownership group has extensive QSR and retail experience as they currently operate four restaurants and eight convenience stores.

For nearly 40 years, fans have enjoyed Bojangles’ proprietary, made-from-scratch products that offer a flavor profile unlike anything in the market. Bojangles’ also recently unveiled its new restaurant design concept aimed at propelling the fast-growing chain to its next stage of success. Construction has already begun on the first new concept restaurant on Laurens Road in Greenville, S.C., where the new store will replace the existing Laurens Road location. The new 3,900-square-foot restaurant will boast a variety of features designed to greatly enhance the customer experience when it opens in early 2017.
