Edible Arrangements® Named Top Franchise for Veterans by Entrepreneur

November 14, 2017 // Franchising.com // WALLINGFORD, CT - Helping to assist veterans in the transition back into civilian life through franchising opportunities, Edible Arrangements®, the world's largest franchisor of creatively designed fresh cut fruit arrangements and fresh fruit treats, has been named one of the best franchise concepts for veterans by Entrepreneur Magazine. The magazine recently released their rankings of the Top Franchises for Veterans, which recognizes 150 franchisors offering incentives to military veterans.

Entrepreneur surveyed all companies on their Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list to see who offered an incentive to veterans looking to own a franchise. Franchisors were ranked based on each company's veteran incentive, how veteran franchisees are attracted to and supported by the company, and how each company scored in the 2017 Franchise 500. Edible was awarded a ranking for offering veterans a reduction of $10,000 on their franchise fee.

Edible has a strong commitment to helping veterans and is partnered with the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) VetFran program, which was originally created to assist veterans returning from the first Gulf War. Today VetFran continues to provide financial discounts and other benefits to veterans who want to become franchise owners, and has helped over 65,000 veterans become franchisees.
