TRI-CITIES, TN, July 20, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ - College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving® continues its expansion as it welcomes a new location in Northern Tennessee.

Located at 3105 Industrial Dr. STE1, Johnson City, TN 37604, the new location is set to open on July 28, 2023. The location offers donation pickups, general labor assistance, and the company's signature fast, friendly junk removal and moving services for area residents and businesses.

"Through my 20-year career in small-business IT, I've had many wonderful opportunities to learn how to lead others, manage businesses, solve difficult problems, and provide exceptional customer service. I felt that I had reached the pinnacle of my career and craved new challenges and opportunities," said Jeff Delmar, Franchise Owner of the Northern Tennessee College HUNKS. "The idea of franchising struck a chord with me – owning my own business but not being 'on my own' - having the support of the franchisor and a network of fellow franchisees. I can still be part of the small business community, create local jobs, and positively impact people's lives."

Franchise owner Jeff Delmar has expanded the service of College HUNKS to include Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesborough, Greenville, Gray, Bountville, Bluff City, Piney Flats, Watauga, Mt. Carmel, Church Hill, Surgoinsville, Rogersville, Fall Branch, Baileyton, Jearoldstown, Telford, Tusculum, Chuckey, Cherokee, and Holston Valley.
