The location opened in November, and is owned and operated by Juliana Pulecio. Pulecio has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, and has a background in journalism and public relations. Pulecio is originally from Colombia, and moved to Orlando, Florida, to start her business. In her free time, Pulecio enjoys spending time with her kids and working in PR.

This process, known as Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE), uses about 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning.
