Newest Zaxby’s Location Brings More “Flavor-Full” Chicken to Forsyth Co.

January 26, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATHENS, Ga. - Zaxby's® is opening its newest location in Cumming at 5280 Matt Hwy. The new Zaxby's, owned and operated by Holiday Management, LLC, will open for both drive-thru and dine-in on Monday, Jan. 29.

“We are excited to launch this Zaxby’s restaurant in the brand new Matt Town Center community,” said Danny Bart, a co-owner of Holiday Management, LLC. “Our new Zaxby's is more than a dining destination. We look forward to creating memorable experiences for our guests, fostering employment opportunities, and engaging with the local Cumming community through partnerships and sports initiatives.”

The newly built Zaxby's boasts a modern farmhouse-style architecture, highlighted by a beige exterior finish. With a seating capacity of up to 70 guests, the layout ensures a spacious and comfortable dining experience. The restaurant features Zaxby's new cutting-edge digital menu boards and a double drive-thru layout with an overhanging canopy to protect customers and employees from inclement weather and expedite the payment and pickup process.

For even faster service, customers may also order ahead online as well as through the Zaxby’s app.

Zaxby's serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz™ and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. Most recently, Zaxby’s brought back its fan-favorite Asian Zensation Zalad™ and hand-rolled Egg Rolls for a limited time only.* The flavorful Zalad features Zaxby’s famous fried Chicken Fingerz or grilled chicken on freshly tossed mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots and crispy wonton strips, topped with Asian slaw and drizzled with a honey sesame Teriyaki glaze starting at $9.95. The Asian Zensation Zalad is served with citrus vinaigrette dressing plus Zaxby's hand-rolled Veggie Egg Roll. Zaxby's customers can also get two Egg Rolls as a stand-alone side for just $3.00.

Holiday Management, LLC, owned by Karen Bart, Danny Bart, and Mikey Bart, is opening the first new Zaxby’s restaurant in Forsyth County in over 10 years. The new location is offering 50 new employment opportunities to the Cumming community.
