Based in downtown Denver, the firm was founded in October of 2022 by the entrepreneurial duo of William Lawrence and Kelvin Caiati. In only a year, the firm managed to close hundreds of transactions throughout the Denver metropolitan area, as well as other parts of Colorado’s Front Range. While the company primarily deals in residential transactions, Lawrence and Caiati also have expertise and a sphere of influence that extends into property management and development.

Lawrence comes from a background primarily in the energy investment industry. While in this field, he held leadership positions where he oversaw dozens of employees and handled strategic planning, financial management and mergers and acquisitions on a daily basis. Following the sale of the investment firm, he pivoted to real estate where he quickly opened his own boutique brokerage shortly after obtaining his license and deciding to pursue his passion full-time. Lawrence accrued almost a decade of hyperlocal market knowledge and used that to fuel his transition into opening Century 21 Prosperity.

By his side is Kelvin Caiati, who brings over a decade of banking and real estate financial knowledge to the table. Caiati began his professional career as an underwriter for real estate loans and small business acquisitions with a prominent banking institution in Denver. After spending time at the same investment firm as Lawrence, Caiati became a licensed real estate agent and mortgage lender in 2020. Two years later, he decided to utilize his financial acumen, real estate experience and entrepreneurial drive to join the Century 21® brand.

Now doing business as Century 21 Prosperity, Lawrence, Caiati and their team of affiliated sales professionals will have access to the Century 21® brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching, and innovative productivity platform to help better serve and deliver the quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors.

As a relatively new face in the Denver real estate industry, Century 21 Prosperity places particular emphasis on engraining itself in the local community and establishing long-lasting relationships. While the knowledge of the company’s affiliated agents is a key differentiator, it’s their excellent customer service that truly carries the most weight.
