First Zaxby's in Pittsboro, North Carolina opening March 25

March 20, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Zaxby's® is opening its first location in Pittsboro, North Carolina at 28 Harper Lane. The new Zaxby's, owned and operated by ZaxPitt, LLC, is opening for both drive-thru and dine-in on Monday, March 25.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring Zaxby’s to Pittsboro,” said Ben Little, franchisee and president of ZaxPitt, LLC. “It’s impossible to spend any amount of time here and not fall in love with the area. We look forward to being good stewards of the community with our work with Make a Wish of Eastern North Carolina, while serving the best chicken in town.”

The new restaurant has an expansive dining room that seats 70 guests and an open kitchen. The location also features a double drive-thru lane with large canopies and brand-new digital menu boards to streamline the payment and pickup process for expedited to-go service.

Zaxby's serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz™ and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu also features Zaxby’s famous Signature Sandwich, its wildly popular Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and the brand's fan-favorite Fried Pickles.

Brand fans can also enjoy five Chicken Fingerz™ with Zax Sauce® for free with a purchase of $5 or more when downloading the app and signing up for the Zax Rewardz loyalty program for the first time.

The new Zaxby's, built by Pittsboro-based Thomas Construction Company, will be the first in Chatham County.
