Draper-Based Firm Becomes the Latest Century 21 Real Estate Affiliate in Greater Salt Lake City

March 21, 2024 // Franchising.com // DRAPER, Utah - Century 21 Real Estate LLC. is fortifying its presence in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area with its latest affiliation of Wasatch Life Realty.

Located roughly twenty minutes from downtown Salt Lake City in Draper, the company is owned and operated by Utah native Brian Summers. Since first opening the brokerage in 2019, Summers has grown his office’s footprint to serve communities throughout Wasatch Front and Back including parts of Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber, Summit and Wasatch counties. Summers and his affiliated agents have a deep understanding of Utah real estate and are locally recognized for their expertise in residential and land transactions in particular.

While attending the University of Utah, Summers obtained his real estate license to work his way through school but quickly discovered that this side job was his real passion. After graduating, Summers went straight into the business full-time, first as a sales associate and later as a broker. Now, 15 years after first joining the industry, Summers has gained valuable experience leading an office of over twenty affiliated sales professionals, as well as serving as the Salt Lake REALTORS® Vice Chair and Chair of both the YPN and Grievance Committees in Draper.

Now doing business as Century 21 Wasatch Life Realty, Summers and his team of affiliated sales professionals will have access to the Century 21® brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching, and innovative productivity platform to help better serve and deliver the highest quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors.

Century 21 Wasatch Life Realty always prioritizes the person, not the transaction. As a company made up primarily of Utah natives, the firm’s affiliated agents understand that there are plenty of different lifestyles that attract people to the state, and they’re committed to matching the person to the home that allows them to tap into their lifestyle of choice. Internally, agents benefit from a laid-back learning environment, while externally, clients benefit from devoted, personable market professionals.

Summers’ dedication to his community also extends into his personal life. As an outdoor enthusiast, Summers has spent years working as a sports coach in the local school district as well as participating in and coordinating local triathlons, 10Ks and 5Ks.

Draper and the surrounding communities throughout Wasatch Front and Back are the ideal locations for other like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. The region is home to numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as ski destinations and national parks. In recent years, the local tech boom has also earned the area the nickname of the “Silicon Slopes.” Other industries including tourism, agriculture, distribution, and health and education are also strong drivers in the local economy.
