SYNERGY HomeCare Expands Its Presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area

The company is led by Vinod and Devika Sharma, a couple who are big on doing good for the community, especially for our older loved ones.

Headquartered at 2300 Valley View Lane, Suite 214, in Irving, the company assists residents living in Irving, Coppell, Grapevine, and Euless with a wide variety of non-medical in-home care options from companion care to personal care and respite care.

The Sharmas recognized the growing need in their community for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers.

Vinod and Devika Sharma both share a personal and professional journey that led them to the home care industry. Growing up in India, they learned a strong sense of compassion for older people. Their professional experience in sales and customer service roles taught them the importance of treating people with kindness and making clients their number one priority, which they now bring to their home care business.

“Life can be so hectic and family caregivers may feel them have competing priorities caring for their own children as well as their older loved ones,” said Vinod. “At SYNERGY HomeCare of North Irving, we will always be there to support in any way we can.”

The Sharmas expect the aging community to grow rapidly in the coming years. Many will rely on caregivers for assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, doing light housekeeping or going for walks. Some may even require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing or using the toilet.
