The company is one of the longest-standing firms in the Fargo market, first opening its doors in 1989 and faithfully serving residents of Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and the surrounding Lakes area in the 35 years since.

Since 2019, an ownership group lead by Drew Likness has operated the company, acquiring it from founders and long-time owners Neil Graf and Bob Erickson. Bob continues to serve as managing broker.
