The "31 cents on the 31st" offer allows ice cream enthusiasts to receive an additional scoop of ice cream for just 31 cents* with any ice cream purchase (cup, cone, cake, frozen drink, sundae or quart). July 31 also marks the last day of National Ice Cream month so why not celebrate with an extra scoop!
