Another New Franchisee for Houston!
July 17, 2008 // Franchising.com // (Conroe) – CLM Franchise Consultants has announced the sale of the Lenny's Sub Shop at 1500 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands Texas, to Voglersubs77, LLC. Voglersubs77, LLC, is owned by Chris and Rachael Vogler. Chris and Rachael are longtime Shenandoah residents. Rachael has been in the pharmaceutical sales business for years, and now is a new Mom of twins. Chris has been a Multi-Million Dollar salesman of lakeside real estate in the Houston area. After visiting and enjoying the Lenny's Sub Shop in The Woodlands for the last three years, Rachael and Chris felt the timing was right to make the purchase, and become the newest Houston Franchisees. Chris and Rachael will operate the business on a daily basis, and hope to do more locations in the future.
CLM Franchise Consultants, LLC, a Conroe, Texas based company, owned and operated by Lenny Moore (founder of Lenny's Sub Shops) and his partner Tom Clatterbuck, are developing 90 Lenny's in the Houston area. Moore and Clatterbuck are currently the largest Lenny's Sub Shop operating group in the country. They operate in Mississippi and Florida, but relocated to Houston in 2005, and purchased the rights to develop Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Galveston counties.
While the original Lenny's Sub Shop opened in a Memphis suburb in 1998, owners Len and Sheila Moore first started selling delicious subs and Philly cheesesteaks years before on the Wildwood, New Jersey boardwalk. Lenny's offers fresh baked bread and the finest quality deli meats and cheeses, sliced fresh to order.
