WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - April 20, 2015 - Krispy Kreme (NYSE:KKD) today announced it has signed a development agreement with Express Food Group (EFG) Co., Ltd., to open 10 Krispy Kreme shops throughout Cambodia over the next five years.

A member of Bangkok-based RMA Group, EFG was founded in 2004 and currently employs more than 1,200 Cambodians at its 42 restaurants from a variety of concepts in the Quick Service and Casual Restaurants categories throughout the country. The company also operates 15 food and beverage outlets in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports.
