Growler USA® Taps Booming Craft Beverage Industry with New Franchise

America’s Microbrew Pub in High Demand with 20 Locations under Development

October 06, 2015 // Franchising.com // DENVER – America’s obsession with craft beer is undisputed and a new franchise, Growler USA®, America’s Microbrew Pub, is aiming to become the most comfortable spot in local neighborhoods for an elevated craft beverage experience. The brewpub, which already has 20 locations in development, offers up to 100 taps of craft beverages, alongside high quality cuisine that complements exactly what you’re drinking.

Through its pledge to pour 100 percent American-made, premium beverages – no macro brews or imports – Growler USA is poised to champion the craft beverage industry. Craft beer comprises about 10 percent of the $400 billion U.S. beer industry and saw double-digit growth throughout the recent recession, according to the Brewers Association. Growler USA brewpubs serve American craft beverages, including microbrews, hard cider, draught wine, handmade root beer, cold-pressed coffee and kombucha tea.

“Craft beer is a business that’s evolved into an industry and one I expect will continue to grow with great momentum,” said Dan White, CEO and founder of Growler USA. “Growler USA is an advocate for local and regional brewers across the nation, standing True to the Brew™ so guests can enjoy the beverage exactly as the brewers intend.”

White is an experienced business leader and serial entrepreneur, with more than a decade of extensive franchise experience. Prior to launching Growler USA, White launched several successful startup companies, including Rapid Refill Ink, which sold 100 franchises in its first 10 months.

Growler USA currently has a location in Eugene, Oregon, with several slated to open this fall in Charlotte, N.C.; Austin, Texas; and Denver, Colo. The brand expects to debut in Hawaii, Washington, Massachusetts, California, Florida, Arizona and Virginia in 2016.

“Growler USA is a franchise opportunity that offers the best of both worlds – franchisees can operate true to their local vision with customized menu and interior design options, while benefiting from the support of a national franchise led by an experienced executive team,” White added.

Growler USA is committed to providing a better craft beverage drinking experience, which includes offering a variety of menu items, like burgers, sandwiches, salads and flatbreads, to perfectly pair with each beverage served. The brand’s corporate chef Garey Hiles is the talent behind the Growler USA menu. Hiles crafts recipes consistent with Growler’s True to the Brew™ system, ensuring flavors, aromas and appearances complement beverage offerings.

Growler USA is seeking franchise partners to develop pub locations in all 50 states. Growler USA locations require 2,000 to 2,500 feet of retail space and no prior food or restaurant experience is needed. The total investment to become a Growler USA franchisee ranges from $250,000 to $400,000. To learn more about Growler USA and its franchising opportunities, visit http://growlerusa.com.
