Wendy Radtke Joins TruGreen as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Jan. 24, 2017 // PRNewswire // - Effective this week, Wendy Radtke joined TruGreen as senior vice president of Human Resources and CHRO.

According to TruGreen President and CEO David Alexander, "This hiring decision is intended to convey the importance TruGreen places on selecting, orienting, developing and retaining our team at TruGreen. Wendy will enhance our already excellent HR organization by drawing from her more than 20 years of experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies."

That experience includes vice president-level roles at both The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Honeywell International. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and CHRO at The Babcock and Wilcox Company, where she helped lead it as a public company through a spin-off from its former parent. She also provided direction and leadership for B&W's global human resources functions and strategy including Total Rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, learning and development and employee and labor relations, ensuring these areas were closely aligned with the company's overall growth plans and business objectives. Wendy Radtke attained her master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management.
