HomeVestors® Welcomes 46 New Franchises During Second Quarter

“We Buy Ugly Houses®” Brand Continues Record Growth Nationally

July 24, 2017 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - HomeVestors of America sustained its record pace of growth during the second quarter 2017, welcoming 46 new franchises to the “We Buy Ugly Houses” company. In addition to opening a new market in Tyler/Longview, Tex., HomeVestors expanded its presence in 34 markets, including Atlanta, the Bay Area, Long Island, Orlando and Los Angeles, among others.

“New franchises continued to join our ranks through the second quarter, which will help us carry on our long-standing tradition of excellence in transforming neighborhoods one house at a time,” said David Hicks, HomeVestors co-president. “Given the strength of the real estate market, we’re seeing a record number of homeowners looking to sell.
