The Commercial Appeal Names TruGreen a Winner of the Memphis 2017 Top Workplaces Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

The evaluation for the Top Workplaces award is based solely on the results of associate feedback from corporate-based associates surveyed a few months ago. This award, issued by Memphis-area publication, The Commercial Appeal, measures several aspects of workplace culture including overall organizational alignment, execution and most importantly, connection.
