School of Rock Kent is Ready to Rock N’ Roll

November 09, 2023 // Franchising.com // KENT, Wash. - School of Rock will be celebrating the opening of its school in Kent, Washington, with an event taking place at 445 Ramsay Way on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will offer live performances, raffles, tours of the school, free music lessons and more.

School of Rock Kent is owned by Aaron and Allegra Rosler. Following a career marked by constant relocations, the Roslers were looking for stability and had a desire to make a meaningful impact in their community. Inspired by their daughter's enrollment at School of Rock at age five, they witnessed the transformative power of the school's music programs, forging a deep connection to its mission. This connection propelled them to open their own School of Rock franchise, stemming from a fit between School of Rock's reputation and mission and their own ambitions. It was the path they knew was right.

“The opportunity to open our doors to the community has been among the most rewarding experiences of my life thus far, and I eagerly look forward to crafting a supportive environment where individuals can immerse themselves in music, finding both enrichment and a safe space to grow," said Rosler. “We’re ready to serve the great communities of Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Maple Valley, and all the rest of south King County.”

School of Rock provides students of all ages an exciting and engaging music lesson experience, which includes bass lessons, guitar lessons, singing lessons, drum lessons and piano lessons. Drawing from all styles of rock and roll, School of Rock students learn theory and techniques via songs from legendary artists such as Aretha Franklin, Lenny Kravitz and Led Zeppelin. Thanks to the school’s performance-based approach, students around the world have gained superior musical proficiency, with some moving on to record deals and larger platforms such as American Idol, The Voice and Broadway.

"Aaron is passionate about his community and providing opportunities for students to further their music education,” said Rob Price, CEO of School of Rock. “We are delighted to have him lead this franchise and we look forward to the impact he will have on his students.”
