Pastalini needs YOU to take our "PASTA YOUR WAY" concept from sunny San Diego to your neighborhood*. It is simple: our customers choose their pasta, their sauce, their protein and their toppings and then they watch as we cook it in front of them.
We support our customers' creativity and help them put together their pasta dish by choosing from a generous selection of made-in house pastas, proprietary homemade spices and sauces, fresh meats and vegetables. There is always a new combination to discover. Everyone gets what they crave: we provide an endless number of combinations that appeal to health conscious diners, meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten free diets, kids, and those that are simply "craving a great pasta".
We also offer other Italian inspired dishes including thin crust pizzas, fresh baked paninis, made-to-order calzones, cheesy baked pastas, and fresh lavished salads. All made to order.
Homemade Pasta Your Way
This is a place where you design your own pasta. First, you choose the pasta you love from our selection of pastas such as angel hair, spinach fettuccini, cheese tortellini, parsley spaghetti, organic whole wheat fusilli, or a gluten free pasta option. Then you choose your sauce from our home-made sauces which include Marinara, Sun Dried Tomato, Vodka, Alfredo, Pesto, Meat sauce, and Chipotle (all our sauces recipes are proprietary and based on California-style Italian-inspired original recipes). Next, choose your protein from an array of meats and fish, including grilled chicken, Italian hand rolled sausage, pomegranate meatballs, wild shrimp, salmon, and calamari. Then choose your toppings from a variety of fresh vegetables and cheeses. We will cook your own pasta creation in front of you, YOUR WAY!

Initial Training At PRG University
Prior to opening your restaurant you and your management team will attend a two-week intensive training at the Pastalini® Restaurant Group University (PRGU) in San Diego. The training consists of over 80 hours of classroom training at our headquarters in San Diego Ca. and hands-on culinary experience in a flagship Pastalini® restaurant.
Operational Systems, Manuals And References
The Pastalini® Operations Manual is an instructional document designed to take you thru our fast track to opening and beyond. As part of our on-going training you will have access to up-to-date reference materials, training videos, and other much needed recourses to help you manage your day-to-day operations.
Marketing And Public Relations
The Pastalini® national marketing and public relations plan will be enhanced by your local efforts as directed by us. Our marketing strategy encompasses our network's goals for promoting the Pastalini® brand, our excellent culinary options, and gaining customer loyalty and community awareness in the neighborhood you serve.
