Operators Commit to 5 Eggs Up Grill Units

Louis and Lisa Jones are bringing Eggs Up Grill to Houston in a five-unit development deal that positions the couple as key operators in one of Texas' fastest-growing markets.

The couple first discovered the brand while visiting Myrtle Beach, and Louis Jones later made it a recurring stop during annual golf trips. That familiarity evolved into a long-term investment strategy centered on disciplined, multi-unit growth.

"Eggs Up Grill stood out to us as a smart investment with a clear path for growth and scalability," he said. "The daytime-only model, brand support, and culture made this a natural multi-unit decision for us. Houston's continued growth and diverse communities create strong demand for neighborhood breakfast and lunch concepts like this, and we are excited to be part of the expansion."

Louis Jones brings restaurant operations experience to the partnership while Lisa adds financial expertise. Together, they plan to build a five-unit footprint across targeted Houston submarkets.

Houston remains a priority market for the brand due to population growth, economic diversity, and strong demand for neighborhood dining. The Joneses' agreement adds momentum to broader development efforts across the region.

"Louis and Lisa bring deep community values to this partnership, and their commitment reflects the strength of our development strategy in Houston and across Texas," said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. "We see tremendous opportunity in Houston and throughout the region as we work with multi-unit operators who can grow with the brand while offering guests great tasting food and beverages with the Eggs Up Grill 'Promise of Everything to Make You Smile.'"
