Keyur Patel has opened his third Teriyaki Madness location, continuing a broader expansion strategy across the Southeast.
Patel's latest unit will open on April 25 at 3000 Windy Hill Road SE, Suite 180, in Marietta, Georgia, adding to his existing restaurants in Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee.
Patel is using the Marietta opening as a step toward a larger buildout. He has additional locations under construction in the Tennessee cities of Clarksville and Lebanon along with signed leases in Smyrna and Mount Juliet.
"We set out to create a spot that people can rely on and come back to again and again," Patel said. "Marietta checked every box. Putting us in the middle of daily traffic from offices, hotels and nearby neighborhoods, and being surrounded by one of the largest Tesla Supercharger networks in Georgia doesn't hurt either. The restaurant is designed as a place the community can count on for a quick lunch during the workday or an easy, delicious go-to for families."
The Marietta opening reflects a continued push by Patel to scale his portfolio, using a mix of new builds and secured sites to expand the brand's presence across multiple markets.
"Every new shop is another chance to prove that fast casual does not have to be predictable or forgettable," said Jodi Boyce, chief marketing officer of Teriyaki Madness. "People know when they are getting something real, and once that difference clicks, it changes where they go and what they expect. Marietta is exactly the kind of place that gets it: People are on the move but still care about what's on their plate, and we make sure it counts every time."
