Established franchisees Art and Nick Depole signed an additional six-unit deal to grow their Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes portfolio with locations in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties, along with St. George, Utah, in Washington County. The next location is projected to open by summer 2027.
The Depoles currently own and operate four Mooyah locations in Utah, including the recently opened restaurants in Provo and Riverton, as well as their established locations in Sandy and South Jordan.

The fresh and higher-quality ingredients of the craveable burgers drew me to the brand, and I knew I wanted to be a part of it," said Art Depole, partner at Mooyah Utah. "We've seen firsthand the opportunities Utah's unique consumer landscape offers through our existing locations, and we look forward to leveraging those insights as we expand into new markets across the state."
The Utah restaurants consistently rank among the top performers across the Mooyah system, with the Provo location benefiting from its proximity to Brigham Young University and the Sandy restaurant serving a thriving business district.
