San Jose, CA, January 29, 2014: Franchise Update Media is pleased to announce a new addition to the company. Diane Phibbs will be taking on a new role as Executive Vice President. This change was initiated after Steve Olson, President of Franchise Update, announced his retirement late last year. Diane will be taking on a great deal of Steve's roles during this transitional period.

Known as a dynamic, strategic thinker, Diane thrives on finding ways to drive revenue and profit. She builds solid program foundations, specializing in tactical planning, program development and implementation that generate sales and profit.

Diane is more than qualified for this position with 20+ years of experience with companies such as Arby's, Popeyes and Checkers. Beginning in restaurant operations, Diane quickly expanded her qualifications to consumer marketing, franchise sales and lead generation. She has continually demonstrated leadership, commitment and has effectively proven her vast knowledge of the franchising industry to her fullest potential.
