Meineke Car Care Exceeds Fundraising Goal at Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Earlier this summer, Driven Brands 17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was held to support the Driven Brands Charitable Foundation. Driven Brands' Meineke Car Care brand raised $72,000 for The Children's Miracle Network. The donation will help support the hospital network that treats children who require care, whether they are battling cancer, suffering from a traumatic injury, or are living with a genetic disease.

As part of a multi-million dollar fundraising commitment benefitting the 170 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) across the United States and Canada, Meineke asked its vendors, franchisees, and friends to participate in a golf tournament that benefits Children dealing with illnesses and other afflictions. One hundred percent of proceeds collected through the tournament have been donated to support The Children's Miracle Network's mission of serving every deserving child who comes in for treatment. Meineke's $72,000 donation is part of the foundation's overall goal to raise $1 million a year through charitable efforts.

"We are proud to support such a deserving cause through Driven Brands Charitable Foundation," said Danny Rivera, President of Meineke. "Without the generous contributions from vendors, franchisees, employees, volunteers, and friends, we could never have achieved this success on behalf of our charity. We can't thank everyone enough for their support."

Meineke and Maaco support Driven Brands Charitable Foundation's efforts throughout the year with in-shop promotions. All funds raised from this campaign will help create miracles by funding medical care, research, and education that will continue to save and improve the lives of millions of children treated at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in the U.S. and Canada each year.
