Multi-Brand Franchisee To Open More First Watch and LaRosa's Family Pizzeria Locations

Kentucky-based multi-unit operator One Holland is growing again and set to open another First Watch café and a LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria next year in suburban Louisville.

One Holland currently owns and operates eight LaRosa’s pizzerias and 12 First Watch cafes, serving primarily the Lexington and Louisville markets, and has plans for additional locations in the Louisville area over next several years. The multi-brand franchisee also operates Skyline Chili, Greyhound Tavern, and Dunkin’ restaurants, and recently signed an agreement to open 10 Roy Rogers locations in Greater Cincinnati.

“Central Kentucky has rallied around our LaRosa’s pizzerias and we’ve continued to hear from LaRosa’s fans in Louisville how much they wanted their own LaRosa’s. And First Watch is a family-favorite wherever we go,” said Gary Holland, CEO of One Holland. “We truly want to get to know our neighbors in Louisville and become a part of their traditions.”

The First Watch is anticipated to open late Summer 2022, followed by the opening of LaRosa’s in the Fall of 2022. The two new restaurants will add another 100 jobs to the area.

Gary Holland founded One Holland in 2000 and the company has grown from one restaurant to thirty-six locations today.
