Multi-Unit Operators Bringing New Pollo Campero Location To Maryland

Andy Cabral is excited to open his latest Pollo Campero restaurant this Friday in Frederick, Maryland. Cabral is chief executive officer of Latin Flavor Corporation, a multi-unit franchisee for the fast-casual chicken brand. The new location marks the family business' third restaurant. Andy, along with his brother, David, and their mother, Mary Lou, own and operate two other Pollo Campero restaurants in Virginia.

"When we opened our first Pollo Campero back in 2011, we were drawn to it by the incredible food - we just couldn't get enough," said Cabral. "Now, we know that being a part of Pollo Campero is like being a part of a family and we can't wait to bring, not only the incredible Campero flavors, but also our love of the brand to Frederick."

Cabral has observed growing demand for Pollo Campero and was looking for another location to grow. "This new restaurant sits at the heart of Frederick's Golden Mile, which will give us the opportunity to introduce Pollo Campero to both families in Frederick and those traveling through the area."

The Pollo Campero brand first opened as a family-owned restaurant in Guatemala in 1971. Today, there are more than 350 restaurants worldwide.
