QSR Loyalty Index Rating Measures Customers' Actions

Foursquare, the location intelligence company, has released its first annual "QSR Loyalty Index" report offering an assessment of the top 50 QSR chains in the United States ranked according to customer loyalty.

Foursquare's new report assesses a number of behaviors and inputs, and organizes the data into a single metric that can be compared across chains and QSR categories. Their analysis looked at market penetration, visit frequency, share of wallet, and fanaticism to determine which QSR brands have the most loyal visitors.

Of course, these brands are known for loyalty rewards programs (Starbucks' Gold Member rewards), convenience, nationwide presence, and dependable food quality and service both nationally and abroad. Rounding out the top 10 are Tim Hortons, Chick-fil-a, Whataburger, Sonic Drive-in, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Taco Bell, and Panera Bread.
